Skill U Refund Policy

At Skill U, we are committed to providing high-quality courses and an exceptional learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy carefully:

Refund Eligibility

  • No Classes Attended:
    Students are eligible for a full refund if they have not attended any classes conducted via the Skill U app or Skill U tutors.
  • Dissatisfaction with Classes:
    Students may request a refund within 15 days of enrollment if courses don't meet their requirements or standards. Refunds will not be processed for requests made after 15 days of enrollment or if any classes have been attended beyond this period.
  • After 15 Days:
    Refunds will not be available for any reason once the 15-day period has passed and classes have been attended.

Refund Process

  • Approval:
    Refund requests will be reviewed to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Initiation:
    Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Timeline:
    Students can expect the refunded amount to be credited to their account within 7 business days from approval.
